6. Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Product Warranty We stand behind Renovyx with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What it covers

• Manufacturing defects in the product.
• Product that is materially not as described.

If a covered issue occurs, we'll provide a replacement or a refund for the affected product.

What it does not cover

• Improper preparation or application (e.g., skipping cleaning/decontamination, applying in direct sun, or not following the application guide).
• Misuse or use on surfaces the product isn't intended for — peeling or flaking clear coat, rust or corrosion, deep scratches, chips, dents, matte finishes, or vinyl wraps.
• Normal wear over time, or results affected by lack of proper prep, maintenance, or exposure conditions.
• Damage caused by accidents, automatic brush car washes, or third-party products.

How to make a claim Email renovyxlabs@gmail.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. We'll review and, if covered, arrange your replacement or refund.
