1. Refund & Return Policy

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee We want you to buy with confidence. If you're not happy with Renovyx, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• The request is made within 60 days of the delivery date.
• The product is not fully used or empty — a partially used bottle is fine (we want you to actually test it), but products that have been completely used up are not eligible.
• You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Your EU right of withdrawal (in addition to the above) If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise it, contact us at renovyxlabs@gmail.com within that period. This right is separate from, and additional to, our 60-day guarantee.

How to start a return Email renovyxlabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process a refund for a return we don't receive.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and process an approved refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
